My results are way off--and I know that the fewer number is not a consequence of using Receipt Amount rather than Total Amount.
Do any of you have experience with a similar type of query? I'm pretty desparate right now!!!
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

520-626-4590 It seems like the Criteria: Summary Information/Summary for Gifts/Total Receipt Amount, isn't pulling Receipt Amount. I just ran a quick query and put: from Gifts, Gift Receipt Amount GE 100,000, then under Summary/Summary for Gifts/Total Amount with a filter for Receipt Amount. In the output put both those fields and compare them. Some of the figures I see are different. If I only pull the gift receipt amount I get 594 records, if I pull using both gift receipt and the summary field with a filter I get 100 less records! Not sure if this helps you or not, but maybe it'll shed some light so you can troubleshoot it further. Good luck, Barbara
