So Blackbaud came back to me with their solution for a problem with a friendly organization I work with...



This is Hannah from Blackbaud Product Support. This fix is still
expected to be released in 7.82. I will be in touch with you if
anything should change.


okay well thats not to bad, right? except that we don't know when 7.82 is coming out, and the bug is that we can't create an appeal without crashing the whole system, and we can't import memberships....

okay this might not be a question but more of a major need to blow off some steam
