I am receiveing the following error message when I use the Mail Merge Wizard:

Error: Method '~' of object '~' failed.

I looked up the issue in the KB and found solution: BB127210

I went thorugh all the steps (twice) and am still getting the error message, I just want to create some acknowledgement letters.

I hope one of you can help me faster than Blackbaud support can.
